Buletin Loupe (Laporan Umum Penelitian) is an Indonesian Journal and a research publication medium issued periodically by the Department of Agricultural Technology, Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda. The publication covers topics within the fields of agricultural technology, plantation, and forestry sciences. Buletin Loupe accepts scientific manuscripts in the form of both research articles and literature reviews related to these fields. The Buletin Loupe of Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda is supported by the Indonesian Society of Applied Science (ISAS) through collaboration agreement No. (19/ISAS/MoU/2023)

In promoting the journal and publications to the public, Buletin Loupe (Laporan Umum Penelitian) attempts to avoid actions detrimental to other parties (e.g., spreading spam) and to avoid misleading information between prospective authors and the publishers.
