Penyusunan Numerical Ability Test untuk Seleksi Karyawan Bidang Klerikal

Kegiatan administrasi atau biasa disebut dengan clerical work merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang berperan penting dalam perusahaan, dibuktikan oleh banyaknya perusahaan yang berhenti beroperasi karena pengelolaan administrasi yang buruk. Untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja administratif yang mumpuni, sebuah perusahaan perlu mengadakan proses seleksi karyawan. Proses seleksi karyawan atau biasa disebut dengan rekrutmen tentunya memerlukan alat tes yang dapat mengukur performa kinerja calon karyawannya dalam bidang administratif. Numerical ability test merupakan sebuah online test yang disusun untuk mengukur kecepatan, ketelitian serta kemampuan numerik bagi para calon karyawan di bidang tersebut. Alat ukur numerical ability test tentunya perlu melewati pengujian psikometri agar dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam proses rekrutmen. Metode pengujian psikometri yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas dengan internal consistency teknik alfa cronbach serta uji validitas dengan metode criterion-related validity dan constructs validity. Hasil uji psikometri membuktikan bahwa numerical ability test dapat dikatakan reliabel dan valid dalam mengukur performa kerja karyawan bidang administratif, sehingga dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan.
