The copyright of articles published in TEPIAN is transferred to TEPIAN through a copyright transfer agreement upon publication. However, authors retain moral rights to their work.

All TEPIAN articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license, allowing unrestricted distribution, adaptation, and commercial use, provided proper attribution is given to TEPIAN and the authors.
