Resiliensi Guru dalam Pembelajaran Literasi Berbasis Digital di Jakarta

Dunia pendidikan mengalami perubahan mengikuti era digital 4.0, termasuk dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang menerapkan metode berbasis digital, yaitu penggunaan teknologi informasi komunikasi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan resiliensi guru binaan Yayasan Rumah Komunitas Kreatif (YRKK) dalam menggunakan aplikasi sekolah Enuma pada kegiatan belajar literasinya. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pendidikan berbasis literasi digital membawa suasana belajar menyenangkan di kelas jika elemen dalam komunikasi pendidikan dapat berperan optimal. Komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan siswa dapat membantu perubahan pengetahuan yang diharapkan dan meminimalisir gangguan yang ada. Guru sebagai sentral dalam pendidikan anak usia dini perlu memiliki resiliensi dalam bentuk kemampuan beradaptasi dan keteguhan dalam situasi sulit atau dalam menghadapi tantangan dan gangguan, memiliki daya lenting untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan dan gaya hidup positif.
