Rancang Bangun Network Attached Storage Berbasis Teknologi IoT sebagai Solusi Private Cloud Berbiaya Rendah

Private cloud merupakan sebuah layanan penyimpanan data berbasis online yang memiliki keunggulan dari segi keamanan data dibandingkan public cloud. Salah satu kelemahan dari layanan public cloud storage seperti google drive, dropbox, dan sejenisnya adalah dimana sebuah data disimpan dalam suatu public storage yang tingkat pengamanannya relatif tidak seketat private cloud. Namun, prioritas yang dimiliki private cloud bukan tanpa kekurangan. Kostumisasi dan pengamanan lebih yang diberikan tentunya harus ditebus dengan biaya yang lebih mahal. Hal inilah yang coba dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan membangun sebuah layanan private cloud storage dengan perangkat yang tidak terlalu mahal sehingga dapat digunakan oleh pengguna personal ataupun SOHO, serta pelaku UMKM yang membutuhkan layanan penyimpanan aman dan terjangkau.
