Upaya Pencegahan Penularan pada Penderita Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sintang Tahun 2021

SARS-CoV-2 dapat ditularkan dari orang ke orang, terutama di antara anggota keluarga dan teman yang memiliki kontak dekat dengan pasien Covid-19 yang bergejala dan tidak bergejala. Tindakan preventif adalah cara paling efektif untuk memerangi meningkatnya jumlah kasus Covid-19. Pasalnya, belum ada obat atau vaksin yang masih diuji dalam uji klinis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif, yaitu penelitian observasional analitik dengan teknik case control. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini dipisahkan menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok kasus 68 orang dan kelompok kontrol 126 orang. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh murni dan uji statistik yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh murni dan dominan terhadap variabel yang dianalisis adalah chi square dengan = 0,05 dan Regresi Logistik Berganda. Pengetahuan (p value = 0,001), sikap (p value = 0,022), cuci tangan (p value = 0,006), paparan media (p value = 0,006), comorbidities (p value = 0,001), perjalanan (p value = 0,001), dan kontak dekat dengan terkonfirmasi (p value = 0,011) merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam upaya pencegahan penularan pasien Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sintang. Pengetahuan, sikap, cuci tangan, paparan media, penyakit penyerta, perjalanan, dan kontak dekat dengan COVID-19 terkonfirmasi adalah variabel paling berpengaruh dalam upaya pencegahan penularan.
